She is survived by: her husband Leonard Carl Kelley; her son Jim "Randy" Hayes; her stepchildren, Daniel C. Kelley and Shelly Ann Phelps; her sister Opal Lee Cowan; her grandchildren, Amber Valle, Willie Duby and Daniel Duby; her stepgrandchild Britton Kelley; her great grandchildren, Raylen Burns, Korbyn Hayes, Sacha Valle and Willow Marie Dodge Duby; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hunter McCausland and Jasin Sosbe II. She is also survived by nephews, extended family, and her dear friends.
