She was predeceased by: her former husband Carl Ervin; her parents, Odell Sills and Elsie Wilkerson Sills; and her children, Regina Starr Ervin and Jason Ervin.
She is survived by: her husband James W. Duncan; her son Ricky Ervin; her grandchildren, Kevin, Jacob and Kayla; and her sister Linda Myrick.
