He is survived by: his wife Teresa Johnson; his children, Kelly Fuqua (Gordon), Amber Sidwell (Andy) and Chris Johnson (Jolene); his siblings, Cindy England (Danny), Rodney Johnson, Malinda Speck (Kevin) and Kimberly Gray (Greg); his grandsons, Tyler, Darren, Jaydin, Andrew, Brock, Carter and Brantely; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Breanna, Alyssa and Kylee; and also Jo Ann Johnson.
