It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Harper of Livingston, Tennessee, born in McDowell, Kentucky, who passed away on October 8, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Hazel Thacker Hicks and Bolen; her daughters, Angela Moore and Gina Luree Hicks Jacobs; her granddaughters, Sabrina Curd (Spencer), Angela Caudill (Cody), Brandi Jacobs and Kanessa Winningham (Kylor); and her siblings, Kathrine Russell, Mabel Sue Justice, Betty Jo Carter, Infant Jackie Thacker, Clyde Thacker and Claude Thacker. She was also cherished by 11 great Grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
