He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Ray and Patricia Jean Watkins (Moseley); and his brother Timmy Watkins. He is survived by: his daughter Caitlan Watkins (Trevor Elrod); the mother of his child Penny Gamble; his sister Tanya Cole (P. J.); and his nieces, Brandi Mercer (Wes), Megan Gore (Cody) and Chelsea Crawford. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
