He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tays Maxfield; his sons, David Maxfield, Kim and Marty Maxfield (Jamie); his grandchildren, Matthew, Dylan, Ben, Brogan, Titus, Abram and Annestin Maxfield; and his siblings, Milton Maxfield (Elaine), Betty Jo Hancock of Monroe and Francis Louise Hargis of Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
