He was predeceased by: his father Tom Rhea; his sister Sonia Little; his stepfather Victor Netherton; and his son Thomas Bailey Rhea. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Sanders Netherton; his children, Laura Rhea, Corey Rhea (Magen) and Justin Rhea; his grandchildren, Jayden Rhea, Justyce Rhea, Jordan Rhea, Jaxson King, Emma Rhea, Addison Myers and TJ Myers; and his great grandchild Carson Staggs. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Western Hills Church (7565 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221).
