He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Calvin Fowler and Mamie Craig Howell; his sons, Andy (Shelby) and Weston (Liza); his grandchildren, Hope, Sarah, Lakelyn, Hayes, Hattie Andy (Hope) and Weston; his sisters, Margaret Knowlton and Mamie Dye; his wife Gay; his brother Richard; his friends, Tom Beard of Atlanta, Chattanooga and Jon Kinsey; his close friend Ben Probasco; his friend Fuzzy Davis; and also, N. C. and Jamie.
