He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Millard Munroe Ramsey and Bertha Mae Ramsey; his wife Anne Ramsey; his stepchildren, Millard Ramsey, Jr. (April) of Ft. Oglethorpe, Angela Collins (Spencer) of Chattanooga, Gregory Wright (Lea) of St. Louis, Kendall Cordina (Robert) of Charleston and Campbell McKenzie of Chattanooga; and his caregivers, Brittiny, Janay, Margie, Sonya and Yvette. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
