He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert "Bob" Fulks and Inez Fulks of Saint Joseph; his wife Teresa Fulks (Yeager); his daughters, Celena Hicks of Lakeland and Deanna Sills (Bobby) of Boynton Beach, Florida.; his grandchildren, Timothy McCord (Victoria Howell) of Covington, Tennessee, Megan McMillen (Steven McMillen) of Millington, Tennessee, Kaitlyn Hughes of Lakeland, Tennessee, Aidan Sills and Ava Sills of Boynton Beach, Florida.; his great grandchildren, Presley McCord, Danielle Smith, Hazel Brooks, Rayleigh McMillen, NovaLee McCord and Bellamy Duncan; and his close friends, Tim Purser, Eddie Landtroop, Nikki Hartsfield, Randy Flatt, Stephen Roberson, Richard Brewer, Deshawn Tidwell, Shane Luker and Jerry Hicks.
