He was predeceased by: his father Carl Gieske. He is survived by: his mother Linda Gieske; his sisters, Paula Luxich (Doug), Carla Gieske (Wayne Burdette) and Amy Garland; his niece Allie Garland; and his nephews, Liam Burdette and Bryce Garland.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Loretto Memorial Chapel (110 N Military St, Loretto, TN 38469). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Loretto Memorial Gardens (402 2nd Ave S, Loretto, TN 38469).
