He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Simbeck and Ruth Bivens Simbeck; and his siblings, Jimmy Simbeck and Thella Mae Garland. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Harley Simbeck Jr. (Amy), Mary Ruth Simbeck Hunt (Ricky), Belinda Kay Simbeck Busby (David) and Marsha Ann Simbeck; and his siblings, Donnie Simbeck Loretto, Bob and Ann Sue Ayers Loretto. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren 20 Great Grandchildren 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
