He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Neel (Wilma F. Neel) and Mable A. Neel; and his sister Patty Sue Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Tony W. Neel (Bridgett) and Mia Y.; his sisters, Sharleen Anderson St. George and Barbara Brooks Henefer (Jim); his grandchildren, Brittani Webb (Mitch), Lana Orton (Wes), Coty Dishongh Mt (Tiffany), Leanne Conway (Jeffrey), Russ Neel (Carley) and Rosalia Neel Loretto; and his friend Randy Milliken. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Loretto Memorial Chapel (110 N Military St, Loretto, TN 38469). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
