He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Heath and Margaret Heath; his son Tim Heath; and his brother Clayton Heath (Joanne). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Heath; his daughters, Dawn Leibly (Bill), Laura Lyle (Bill) and Lisa Maxey (Michael); his grandchildren, John Heath (Chelseah), Vicky Hopkins (Ken), Brad Leibly (Jessica), Becky Vis (Tony), Aidan Maxey and Annika Maxey; and his sisters, Cynthia Glenn, Linda Heath (Terrie) and Barbara Hirshman (Ron). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Family Life Center at Virtue Church (725 Virtue Rd, Knoxville, TN 37934).
