She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Joseph Hlodnicki and G. Deane Hlodnicki. She is survived by: her husband Dan; her daughter Jaime Bauer (Bill); her brother Paul Hlodnicki (Andrea); her grandchildren, Preston Brendan (Jennifer), Alexandra and Nathan Lanzieri; her great grandchild Aaren Lanzieri; and her pets, Sadie and Wrigley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Barbara's name to Hospice.
