He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Presley and Beatrice Leonard Presley Scott; his parents-in-law, Herbert and Beulah Hill; and his uncle Jackie Leonard.

He is survived by : his wife Deanie Presley; his son Rocky Rogers (Linda); and his brother Albert Presley Jr. (Joan) of Loudon. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew, extended family, and friends.

“I worked with Billy Jo at Kimberly-Clark for several years. We talked about the Lord often times during out long shifts there. We enjoyed alot of good times, laughter, and smiles together. Billy was a Gentle, easy going Christian and those are some of the attributes that we need to apply in our daily lives. I want to offer my Sincere condolences to all the family members, friends, and Acquaintances. Billy Jo is more alive today and is now safe in Jesus Christ our Lord. RIP Billy”
