She was predeceased by: her husband Darrell Moats; and her parents, Ray Manning and Marjorie Manning. She is survived by: her son Justin Moats of Loudon; her sister Faye Wilson of Loudon; her siblings-in-law, Brenda Beeler (Mike) and Myron Moats of Knoxville; and her aunt Joann Jenkins (Dillard) of Loudon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
