He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kuzdzal and Wanda Kuzdzal (Wojda); and his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Mark and Matthew; his stepdaughter Kristin (Motley); and his sister Arlene Lane. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
