It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Kay Dills of Loudon, Tennessee, born in Sweetwater, Tennessee, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father John Thomas "Ott"; and her stepson Jamie Ray Dills. She is survived by : her mother Betty June Wilson (Holt); her husband Ray Dills; her siblings, Teresa Malonee (Chuck) and Mike Wilson (Lavada); her stepdaughter Trina Dills Davis (Doug); her stepdaughter-in-law Wendy Dills; and her grandchildren, Samantha and Jason Dills (Bobbie Odell).
