He was predeceased by : his father Chase D. Pennington; and his grandparents, William and Effie Bolt. He is survived by : his son Murphy; his daughter-in-law Linda Pennington; his daughter Lola Pennington (Wes); his stepchildren, Michael, Bobby (Jennifer), Scotty (Naw PaLay Wah) and Virginia (Keith); and his close friend Lois Farmer. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; two brothers and one sister; former wife.
