She is survived by: her husband William Hoyle Ragsdale, Jr. of Tellico Village; her son Michael R. Ragsdale (Melissa); her granddaughter Sydney Ragsdale; her sisters-in-law, Jane Sullivan of Easton, MD and Ruth Sullivan of Oxford, MD; her niece Stephanie Hunter (Jason); and her nephew Carter Sullivan (Kevan).
