We bid farewell to Evelyn Deloris Kirkland of Loudon, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 30, 2026 at the age of 94. Evelyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glada Brandon Wrinn and Fred Everett Wrinn; her brothers, Alfred H. Wrinn Sr. and Donald E. Wrinn; her stepmother Belva Clemmer Wrinn; and her half-sisters, Vonthella Wrinn, Arvella Wrinn and Ora Ruth Wrinn.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda Kirkland, Sarah Chaney (David), Emilie Givens (Steve), David Kirkland (Tina) and Timothy Kirkland; her half-sister Alzena Wrinn Abernathy; her grandchildren, Joshua (Leida), Jeremy (Natasha), Erin, Cody (Carley) and Johanna (Alan); and her stepgrandson Blakley. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Loudon United Methodist Church (earmarked for local missions, 509 Mulberry St, Loudon).
