She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Manring and Elsie Manring; and her siblings, Ruby LaBarge, Gracie Linens, Catharine Moody, Margie Herndon, Otis, R. J. and Ed Manring.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Rowe; her sons, Ronald Rowe II, Jeffery Rowe, Timothy Rowe (Donia) and Joseph Rowe; her grandchildren, Robert, William, Brianna of Robbie, K. J., Cristoffer and Bradley; and her siblings, Bill, Joe, David Manring and Faye McCandless.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Johnston Cemetery (639 Sugar Creek Rd SE, Georgetown, TN 37336).
