He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Scarbrough and Doris Phibbs Scarbrough; his sister Rickie Scarbrough Arden; and his son-in-law Anthony Steve Jiles. He is survived by : his wife Hester Littleton Scarbrough; his daughters, Tonya Ann Jiles and Neca Young (Eric); his grandchildren, Ashley Hassler (Mickie), Tyler Jiles (Stephanie), Alison Crump (Nick) and Tanner Young; his great grandchildren, Connor Jiles and Oliver Jiles; his siblings, Debbie Jones, Neal Scarbrough (Linda) and Chris Scarbrough (Carma); his sisters-in-law, Geneva Hamilton (Roy) and Tommie Ann Henderson (Ronnie); his pet Ella; and also Barrett Crump. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
