Luke Bright Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Luke Bright (Loudon, Tennessee), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Luke left this world on December 8, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Bright and Dovie Kirkland Bright; his siblings, Henry J. Bright, Jr. and Mary McJunkins; and his parents-in-law, Frank Kagley and Effie Kagley.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kagley Bright; his daughters, Leann Edmonds (Tommy), Nicole Braden (Kevin) and Megan Boniface (Mark); his grandchildren, Sydney, Matthew, Scott, Bethany Boniface and Chelsea Braden; his great grandchild Leela Littleton; and his brother Ben Bright (Shirley). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Zion Cemetery Road Mt Zion Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cross Creek Christian School in Sweetwater.
