She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence'Junior'Scott; her parents, Howard Samuel Stamper and Clara Marie Tilley Stamper; her siblings, Jim W. Stamper, Kelvin Stamper, Douglas Stamper and Lucille Kirkland; and her brothers-in-law, W. D. McCarrell, Referd Kirkland of Eddie Viar, J. B, Arthur Scott and Frankie Scott.
She is survived by: her sisters, Norma Jean McCarrell of Ft. Payne, Velma Viar of Ten Mile, TN, Wanda Sue Kirkland (Freeman) of Loudon, Brenda Fain (J. C.) of New Tazewell, Naomi Elkins (Kenneth) of Athens and Phyllis Viar (Morgan) of Madisonville; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Stamper of Knoxville, Vivien Stamper of Ten Mile, Polly Stamper of Athens, Martha Edgemon (David) of Sweetwater and Charlie Scott of Sweetwater. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clarks Dry Forks Cemetery (1524 Dry Fork Valley Rd, Ten Mile, TN 37880).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Prospect Church in Walland, TN (519 Prospect Rd, Walland, TN).
