He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Atkins and Evelyn Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Atkins; his children, Dusty Atkins (Starla), Stephanie Dawn Nichols and Tiffany Davis (Thomas); his siblings, Shirley Garner (Jimmy) and Tony Atkins (Abby); and his grandchildren, Lexie, Jaylyn, Jason, Landon and Levi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Loudon Funeral Home to help with expenses.
