He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bivens and Lois Bivens; and his son Michael Bivens. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Bivens; his son Blake Bivens (Lana McKinney); his daughter-in-law Leslie Bivens; his grandchildren, Lucas Bivens of Blair Bivens, J. D, Thaxton, Kaitlyn McKinney and Landon McKinney; his great grandchild Zamarion; and his brothers, Danny Bivens and Paul Bivens (Brenda).
