She was predeceased by: her husband James Floyd Cardin, Sr.; her son David Lynn Cardin; her mother Rebecca Lowe Stevens Mitchell; and her siblings, Gilbert Stevens, Wanda Stevens, Bonnie Lowe Atkins, Tommy Stevens, Michael Stevens, Lowell Stevens, Norma Jean Stevens Knox, Clyde Lowe and Jake Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Cardin Murray (Robert), Monica Cardin and Jamie Cardin (April); her grandchildren, Heather, Miles, Kyle Hamblen, Cole Thurman, Jamie Lynn, Alexis and Adrian Cardin; and her brother Huston Lowe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; many relatives.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Loudon County Memorial Gardens (6505 US-11, Lenoir City, TN 37771).
