He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie R. Clark Sr. and Evelyn L. Clark; his grandparents, Harvey, Sarah Smallen, Sam and Mattie Clark; and his stepbrothers, David Clark and Eddie Clark Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Smallen Jr. (Skyler) and Johnny Smallen (Star); his grandchildren, Maizlynn, Leah, Waylon and Delilah; his siblings, Mike Smallen (Tina), Cindy Brewer (Swan), Denene Tunkel (Mike), Vikki Kelley (Ken) and Maliah Lankford (Tim); his sister-in-law Lola; and his friends, Donnie "Blacky" Miller, Crystal Hopping (Sean), Aurora Bryant and Missy Roberts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Corinth Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
