We announce the death of Scottie Ray Bailey of Loudon, Tennessee, who passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 53. Scottie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his father Michael Ray Bailey; and his grandparents, Dewey Bailey, Patsy Clemmer, Leroy and Hazel Buhl.

He is survived by: his son Dylan Bailey; his mother Dorothy Bailey; his siblings, Dottie Liles (Jerry) and Jayson Bailey; his grandfather Wilburn Clemmer; his nieces and nephews, Brittany McKinley, Whitney Frye (Matt), Devyn Bailey (Brittany), Chandler Reagan (Hannah), Michaela Frye (Lee), Humberto Bailey and Miquel Bailey; his cousin Keith Bailey (Gail); and his close friends, Lisa Delaney, Charlie Sutton, Willie White, Thomas, Davis and Robert Newcomb.
