She was predeceased by: her son Dustin Terry (Heavenly); her father Sam Axley; and her grandparents, Harless Cansler (Pearl) and Bill Axley (Inez). She is survived by: her mother Brenda Axley; her sister Tonya Phenix; her niece Kinsey Phenix; and her nephew Hunter Brannon (Amber). She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children's Hospital Knoxville or Ronald McDonald House Knoxville.
