He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Pointon and Inez Pointon; his siblings, Billy, Dee Dee and Mary; and his mother-in-law Elsie Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughter Cindy (Jeremiah Jones); his grandchildren, Isaiah and Bella Jones; his father-in-law Glen Hunt; and his sisters, Susie Householder (Rick) and Nancy Nicholson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Zion Chapel Baptist Church (3334 Zion Chapel Rd, Louisville, TN 37777). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
