She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert "Hub" Williams and Onie Peek Williams; and her siblings, Lee Williams, Hugh Don Williams, Johnny Williams, Ronald Williams, Sandra Williams and Patsy Teems.
She is survived by: her son Charles "Chuck" Garrett (Sheila) of Louisville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Josh Newman, Leslee Qualls, Tyrus "Ty" Garrett, Julian Rodriguez-Lopez and Kaytie Floyd; her sister Jo Ann Clements; and her close friend Jan Kincaid. She is also survived by seven great- grandchildren and one great- great-grandson.
