He is survived by: his wife Ashley Hensley; his children, Ethan Hensley, David Hensley, Jr., Eva Hensley and Kathy Hensley; his father Bill Hensley, Sr.; his siblings, Billy Hensley, Jr. and Nancy Kitts; and his great-nieces, Elaine Hensley, Dakota Hensley and Skylar Hensley.
