He is survived by: his mother Mary Ruth Lawson; his wife Brandy Nicely (Rose); his children, Cody Nicely (Crystal), Destany Williams, Bobbi Jo Nicely, Destiny Walton (Sawyer) and Gracelyn Mcleod (Bryson); and his siblings, Teddy Nicley (Jeri), Ronnie Nicley (Kim), Travis Nicley (Jessica), Jacob Nicley, Missy Burkhart (Mike), Chloe and Delilah Nicley.
