He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe Blair, Teresa Blair, George Glenn, Buddy Norwood and Judy Coffey; and his great-grandparent John Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jolene Blair; his parents, Angie O'Mary (Shawn) and Chris Blair, Sr.; his daughter Amelia Blair; his siblings, Christopher Blair, Jr., Angel Hackney, Matthew and Dylan Blair; his nieces and nephews, Zoey Blair, Elijah Coffman and Noah; his grandparents, Kathy, Elvin Helton and Dolly Norwood; and his great-grandparent Opal Turner.
