She is survived by: her children, Gary D. Mapes (Jo), Brian L. Mapes, Laurel Osborn (John) and Julie Cook; her grandchildren, John Osborn II, Andrew Osborn (Erin), Thomas Osborn (Karly), Lauren Cook (Casey), Van Cook, Chelsea Mapes (Jake), Heather Jidkov (Artem) and Breanna Mapes; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Evelyn, James Osborn, Elijah Cook-Horne, Opal Chapman, Jaxson Chapman and Hunter Dean. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
