He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Sue Rutherford (Wyrick) and Bradley Tolliver; and his siblings, Russell Luke Tolliver and Rebecca Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Danielle Tolliver; his children, Ali Tolliver and Hunter Ellison; his mother-in-law Gwenda Ratliff; his sister-in-law Mamie Smith; his nieces and nephews, Sondra Ratliff, Carrine Ropac, Crystal Ratliff, Justin Collins and D. J. Smith; his great-niece Bailey Ratliff; and his great-nephew Tink Ratliff. He is also survived by Several aunts and uncles along with a host of friends.
