He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Proctor; his sons, Clark Proctor, Jonathan Proctor and Mark Proctor (Kellye); his grandchildren, Mark Proctor, Jr., Kalee Proctor, Kelsey Proctor and Anthony Proctor; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Whitley, Salem and Remington; his sister Teresa Spence (Kenneth); his niece Danielle Proctor; and his sister-in-law Stacy Alonso.
