With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Wayne Shasteen of Lynchburg, Tennessee, born in Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on November 6, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Mildred McCullough Shasteen; and his son-in-law Mark Harrell. He is survived by : his children, Donnie Richeson and Lisa Richeson Harrell; his siblings, Joyce Phipps (Frank) and Johnny Shasteen (Betty); his grandchildren, Samuel Harrell (Hannah), Seth Harrell and Shelby Harrell; his nephew Greg Phipps; and his nieces, Janet Robinson, Brenda Foster and Donna Sears.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Pleasant Grove Methodist Church 568 Overlook Circle, Tullahoma, TN 37388.

Paula Moore wrote a sympathy message

“We are so sorry for your loss. What a great loss it was. Corky was one of the sweetest kindest souls. He would do anything for anyone. Shasteen Hollow will not be the same without its "Mayor". We will miss him driving by in the boat and the truck keeping an eye out on his hollow. Kelly and I were shocked and saddened to hear of his passing.
