It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Daniel Warren of Lynchburg, Tennessee, who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Lee and Gracie Rebecca Johnson Warren; his wife Fredia Joyce Warren; and his siblings, Horace Lee Warren Jr., Dorothy Warren, Everage Walton Warren, Emmett Ray Warren, Ralph Warren, Roy Warren and Martha Kathy Warren.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Baker of Lynchburg and Patricia Warren (Diane McCommon) of Mississippi; his brother Robert Joseph Warren of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Lori Frazier (Dewayne) of Lynchburg, Joseph Vaughan (Chasity) of Lynchburg and Mike Vaughan (Tabatha) of Lynchburg; his caregiver Kim Warren; and his pet Otis. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 22 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lynchburg Funeral Home (1630 Fayetteville Hwy, Lynchburg, TN 37352). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Lynchburg Cemetery.
