She was predeceased by: her parents, Nylan Jack and Billie Jo Batson; her stepfather Robert Davis II; her son-in-law Kenneth Bailey; and her sisters, Cindy Richardson, Kerry Bourne and Angie Sheperd.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Kelley (Patrick), Richard Tucker Jr., Billie Jo Shipley (Stephen), Francine Anderson (Ben) and Matthew Tucker (Denise); and her siblings, Beverly Hutchins, Vicki Batson and Robert Davis III. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 4 grand dogs.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lynchburg County Building (241 Main St #201, Lynchburg, TN 37352).
