He is survived by: his parents, Gary Johnson and Patsy Fox Johnson; his fiancé Amity Adkins; his brother Eric Johnson (April); his nephews, Evan Johnson and Andre Johnson; and his brother Tim Harris.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home (320 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gibsonville Cemetery (5164 Campbellsville Pike, Lynnville, TN 38472).

The family suggest memorials be made to the Maury County Animal Shelter 1233 Mapleash Ave, Columbia, TN 38401.

“I can’t believe he’s gone. He was my one and only friend for almost twenty years, I loved him like a brother. Thanks to Greg I’ll have some of the greatest memories to look back on. He was always there for me and helped me whenever I needed anything, he’s irreplaceable and I’ll miss him dearly. My deepest condolences to his family and fiancé Amy, I’m so sorry for your loss.”
