He is survived by: his wife Janie Reeves Bowman; his sons, Gary Bowman (Tana) of Lafayette and Kevin Bowman of Minn; his grandchildren, Chloe Bowman, Seth Burlingame, Nicolas Burlingame (Hayley) and Savannah Burlingame; and his great grandchildren, Gabby Peterson and Warren Burlingame.
Family requests memorials be made to the Union Missionary Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
