She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Nell and Will Reece Dean of Madison, TN; and her husband Charles Mack Tuggle (Buddy) of Madison. She is survived by: her children, Sheri Tuggle Fulghum (Michael Fulghum) and Chris Tuggle; her grandchildren, Avery Mack Tuggle, Neyland Gray Tuggle and Autumn Reece Tuggle; her great grandchild Ronan Christopher Derr; and her sister Judy Larkin (James W. Larkin, Jr.). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
