He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Lynn Parker; his siblings, James Parker and Brenda Crowder; his aunt Jackie Hart; and his niece Kristina Peister.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Parker; his daughter Judy McDowell (Robert); his grandson Robert McDowell; and his sisters, Karen McKnight, Linda Parker and Glenda Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and his extended family of co-workers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home (2707 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
