She was predeceased by: her mother Charlotte Graves Troutt; her brother Michael Carter; and her grandparents, John Wayne Graves, Mary Neil Graves, Garfield Troutt and Frances Troutt.
She is survived by: her father Danny "Hammer" Troutt (Sharon); her sons, Jacob Sullivan (Cassy) and Jeremiah Sullivan; her grandson Titus Sullivan; her siblings, John "John Boy" Carter, Steven Carter, Brian Carter and Laura Nelson; her former husband John Sullivan; her friend William Jett; and her aunt Boo-Boo. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Woodard Funeral Home (5591 US-31E, Westmoreland, TN 37186). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
