He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Honea and Raybon Honea; and his wife Shirley Mckiness Honea. He is survived by: his children, Alan Honea (Monica), Kay Stafford and Lisa Morrison (Bobby); his grandchildren, Kate Witherington (Patrick), John Morrison (Tindall) and Jennifer Morson; and his sisters, Eva Pendergrass and Linda Mabry. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Neely's Bend Baptist Church.
