She is survived by: her husband John Lutz; her children, Joshua Lutz (Rebekah), Giana Jessi Gentry (Dustin), Gabriel Lutz and Aaron Lutz (Amanda); her sister Sheryl Sklarski (Larry); and her grandchildren, Elijah Lutz, Kaylee Gentry and Braxton Gentry.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
